Collutions respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.

1. Information Collection
Collutions collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors:

  • information that you enter in survey forms
  • information that you enter when you make a purchase

Collutions does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable: Information such as where site visitors are visiting us from, how visitors use the site, the general traffic flow and times visited.

We collect this information through click stream tracking and automatic logging files. The information is collected involuntarily. This information is mandatory to better understand what our customers are most interested in and how best to serve them. Other information we request is optional.

2. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. We do not employ cookies.

3. Information Usage
The information collected by Collutions will be used for responding to customer inquiries and to modify our web site and our offerings. We neither sell nor share this information with anyone.

4. Data Storage and Security
Collutions protects user information with the following security measures: use of firewalls with intrusion detection, 24/7 monitoring, physical security through our hosting providers, encryption via SSL when using our SSL-based services, encryption for payment processing and authentication standards for password and username.

5. Application
This policy applies to Collutions' Web site(s) only.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

6. Policy Changes
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will post an announcement on our Web site and advise you by email within 30 days if possible.
